Martha Stewart In 2004 Martha Stewart was convicted of lying to prosecutors about selling shares of ImClone a day before the FDA announced it that it would not review the company’s application for a cancer drug. The domestic diva served a 5-month prison sentence and has been growing her business since being released in 2005. After her release, she focused on reviving her image, brand and company, which included a spin-off of The Donald Trump show, “The Apprentice.” Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia currently has a market cap of $258.5 million. She rejoined her company’s board in October 2011. She also has several business ventures. One of them is a TV show called, The Martha Stewart Show, that will air its last episode this May.
