Convicted Executives: Where Are They Now?
L. Dennis Kozlowski is currently living at a minimum-security prison in Manhattan. He moved as part of a work-release program in January with his pending parole hearing. The former Tyco CEO was convicted in 2005 of grand larceny, conspiracy and fraud. He was sentenced to 8.33 years to 25 years in prison. Kozlowski initially was at the Mid-State Correctional Facility in New York, a medium security prison. While there, he shared space with rapper Ja Rule and former New York State Comptroller Alan D. Hevesi.
